We just returned from a 4-night stay at the Pepper Tree and wanted to tell
you that we really enjoyed it. Everyone we met was very friendly, the prices
were great and the accomodations were very nice. I especially loved the lobby
area and stairways. Our granddaughter (4 yrs) loved the fish in the small
elevated pools outside the lobby! The room was very comfortable, clean and
practical, as well as attractive. And it was convenient to DisneyLand, the
purpose of our trip. Also, we enjoyed dinner at Azteca when we arrived Friday
night - the people were friendly and pleasant, the prices were excellent and
so was the food. We are from Phoenix so we are familiar with Mexican food and
I can honestly say it was some of the best I've had. Our granddaughter was
impressed by the little drink umbrella the server put in her milk glass and
actually kept it and took it home with her. Your hotel was an important part
of making our impromptu long weekend at DisneyLand possible and pleasant.
Thank you!

Dear Gentlemen,
I just wanted to drop you a short note to let you know how much I LOVE The
Hotel Pepper Tree.
I first stayed there on a quick trip to Disneyland- I fell in love with it on
one of the discount travel booking websites but it was such a fast trip I
didn't really have a chance to appreciate it.
A few weeks ago I returned to take my four year old to Knott's Berry Farm and
ended up staying for three nights!! I didn't want to leave!
I was just there this past weekend and with any luck I will return this
weekend. My daughter keeps asking to go to "hotel" (not kidding) and I LOVE it
there. Your staff is friendly, professional and always make me feel very
welcome! I can't say enough good things about the staff or the hotel- usually
hotels are just "okay" but you always have that "I can't wait to get home
feeling!" Not here- we both love it so much I think we'd rather be there than
home!!
Thank you for creating such a wonderful environment!

We had a GREAT time in Anaheim, and truly enjoyed our stay
in your hotel. I'd come back again in a heartbeat, and I'd definitely recommend
your hotel to ANYONE I knew that was going to be in that area. We were only
supposed to stay 2 nights, but ended up staying 3 nights and still wished we had
had more time to be there. It was just home away from home. THANK YOU.
As for any recommendations or improvements to make? I told
the front dest at check-out that one of the sliding glass doors was really tough
to move, and didnt close all the way, or latch. Other than that, I wished that
we had had an alarm clock, and a local phone directory, and hotel notebook
listing check-in/check-out times, pool times, other hotel services or local
services. And a Bible. Those are the things we usually find in hotel rooms that
were not found in your hotel.
And, we were on the third floor, and the water pressure in
the tub faucet was great, but not in the shower head. It really just dribbled
out. I dont know if that's a third floor thing, or local water service thing,
but I just found it easier to wash my hair under the tub faucet rather than
trying to rinse from the shower head. And that's a bit uncomfortable.
I honestly am not complaining.... We LOVED staying at your
hotel. These are just the things we found that would have made it an even better
experience.
